– You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with anyone else.

3. Camp Bookings
– Camp bookings made through the Service are subject to availability and confirmation by HeadStart Camps.
– Prices for camps are subject to change without notice. HeadStart Camps reserves the right to modify or discontinue any camp offering at any time without liability.

4. Payment and Refunds
– Payment for camp bookings must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payment via the payment methods available on our website.

5. Prohibited Activities

    – You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
– Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
– Using the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service.
– Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service, accounts, computer systems, or networks.
– Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications.

6. Intellectual Property
– The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HeadStart Camps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
